Try a Yoga Shoulder Stand

I've long observed that shoulder stands have an uncanny way of giving me a spurt of energy, but Scott Herig, NYC-based Pure Yoga's resident mountain-biker-turned-master-yogi, explains that, over time, even more benefits are to be had: They stimulate blood flow, balance hormone levels, and improve the lymphatic system. Hold for 3 to 5 minutes.
