Short Hair How-Tos: 3 Great Looks Video

Hi. Welcome. I'm Sally Hershberger in one of my downtown salon in the Meatpacking District. I wanna show you how to get three short hairstyles; a bob, a shag, and sleek look. So now, I'm gonna show you the first look which is a messy bob. So, we're putting in Hyper Hydration. It's a keratin spray. When you're blowing out a bob, you wanna cut a lot of times, so I just take a flat paddle brush and just literally take it like that. It's super light. It's a wax and an aerosol spray and you instantly get cool textured hair. This is how you get the choppy, disheveled, messy look. And now, 24K, just like that. Work it in your hands. I always start from the back but it completely makes your hair like really textured in five seconds. So now, I'm gonna go right into the shag with my Shagg Spray. So, upside down, spray it and you're instantly gonna get cool shaggy hair. The shag kind of stems from that rock and roll time. If you're a rock-and-roll person, you're gonna wear it at night. You can wear it in the day. It's not a dressy look but it's a cool look. Again, I'm gonna go in and use my 24K pulling it straight down and making it tighter by the ears. That's what gives it more shaggy look. And now, I'm gonna show you the third look which is a classic chic style. I'll wet it down a little. This is called Smooth Fix. This is that red carpet shine and it's not greasy. A lot of them looks super greasy. You put the product, the 24K and the Smooth Fix, in your hair and you just comb it and you just curl side part and a little bit of hair spray. Shagg Rocks Liquid Gel will go like this.
