Now she's on to her next project: tackling the ballroom dance world on the upcoming season of "Dancing With the Stars." In between dance rehearsals, she told People how she plans to balance her diet with her (once again) rigorous training schedule.
"My diet is still the same as it's always been. Mainly I try to keep it on the healthy side," she said. "When you're training for something you want to be in good shape and I feel like I'm still in pretty good shape from the Olympics."
Whether she's training for the gym floor or the ballroom floor, Biles is careful about what goes into her body.
"I eat what I want, but I'm smart about it," she told Ozy. "Otherwise sometimes I can feel really slow."
Her gymnastics coach Aimee Boorman echoed that sentiment to The New Yorker: "She knows that if she doesn't eat well she doesn't feel good."
So what does Biles actually eat throughout the day to keep her strength and energy up? Let's take a look:
"I have practice from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and then I drive home and eat lunch, which is either chicken or fish so I get the protein," she said.
Biles is a family-first girl, and often heads home post-training to eat with her mom, dad, and younger sis. According to The New Yorker, she likes to split a large pork chop, stuffed with dirty rice, with her sister.
What keeps her doing tricks like this in the middle of the day (aka when the rest of us are struggling to keep our eyes open at our desks)?
"I think everyone has their splurge moments, you just need to know how much to eat and when to eat it," she told People. "There's nothing wrong with little sweets here and there."
Just like everyone else, Biles sometimes has to cheat on her healthy meal plan. And her favorite splurge is no stranger to us: PIZZA!
We can totally get down with that routine.
