Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s Divorce Has Finally Become “Cordial”
They’re working together to find solutions that work for the both of them.

- Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce proceedings have improved over the past few months.
- Brad and Angelina are now “cordial” and working to find solutions that’ll benefit both of them.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie haven’t exactly had a “walk in the park” kind of split. In fact, they still haven’t finalized their divorce (despite separating three years ago) because they can’t decide what to do with that $67 million French castle of theirs (opens in new tab), among other things. Last year, Brad was reportedly struggling to maintain a relationship with their kids, and Angelina was allegedly using that to her advantage (opens in new tab). But now, it seems like Brad and Angelina are on better terms these days—thank god!
According to an Us Weekly (opens in new tab) source, tensions between the two have finally started to dissolve. “Things between Brad and Angelina are better than they have been,” the source said. “They’re more cordial—they’re aiming toward resolutions that work for each of them.”
Back in November, things were a little bit uglier between the two because Angelina was allegedly still harboring negative feelings towards Brad for upending her life. “Angelina still has a lot of resentment toward Brad,” a separate source told Us Weekly (opens in new tab) at the time. “She wants him to be held accountable because she feels he turned her and the children’s lives upside down.”
Oh, and on top of that, Angelina was allegedly “using her kids as a weapon against her ex,” so much so that “Brad’s lost count of all the times they haven’t been available to see him on special occasions.”
The one silver lining in the update from last year was that Angelina was looking to focus on “her kids, her job and cleaning up her messy divorce,” so mission accomplished, it seems!
