This week, I was lucky enough to interview my favorite new singer-songwriter, Ellie Goulding. Ellie, 24, is already a massive star in her native England and is on her way to conquering the U.S. Her debut album went to no. 1 across the pond and garnered her a Critics Choice Award at the BRITS (England's version of the Grammys.) While stuffing our faces with mini cupcakes, Ellie and I talked about her beatboxing skills, which prince (William or Harry) she'd choose, and why she always keeps an extra pair of tights in her bag.
