The strawberry-blonde hair, porcelain skin, and baby-blue eyes—Amy Adams could easily pass for a Marie Osmond doll. It's a book-cover judgment she's quick to shrug off with a few plunging necklines and strong accessories. On the set of our shoot at L.A.'s Blackman Cruz—an emporium of design favored by A-listers—Adams took on the role of Mistress of the House. Supine and sultry, she lounged in the high fashions of Narciso Rodriguez, Marc Jacobs, and Dolce & Gabbana. Not that the day was strictly for grown-ups. A visit from Adams' baby daughter, Aviana, gave the star a glow that can't be bought in stores. And the 36-year-old's impromptu performance of "Part of Your World" from Disney's The Little Mermaid left everyone enchanted.
Cardigan, $1,150, shirt, $550, skirt, $575, Dolce & Gabbana. On lips: Dior Rouge Dior Lipstick in Andalouse.
