Friday, 8 a.m.: I land and pop-in to visit the Fashion Police team to dish the dirt on our cover shoot with Keira Knightley.
Friday, 11:30 a.m.: I dip to Neil Lane for some diamond therapy. Neil welcomes me and I find myself standing next to Daniel Day Lewis and his wife, Rebecca, choosing some estate pieces. I fill my bags with bling. Thank you, Mr. Lane!
Friday, 5 p.m.: I swing by the fabulous QVC Oscar Party at The Four Seasons where I chat with Quvenzhané Wallis (aka "Lil Q") about her poochie purses, macaroons (which, for the record, she doesn't like), and what she will be wearing for the Oscars.
Friday, 8 p.m.: Arrive home to a dinner cooked by the gorgeous Dree Hemingway (who, the next day, won a Spirit award for her first film, Starlet) and her beau Phil Winser of Fat Radish. Lucky me.
Saturday, 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.: Check into The Roosevelt (my room above the set and pool). Rehearsals start Saturday at 8 a.m. Natalie (my trusty assistant) stands in for Giuliana Rancic and did a damn fine job.
Saturday: Scripts and more scripts.
Saturday: Giuliana looking chic at rehearsal.
Saturday, 11 a.m.: The gorgeous crew at E! gets me a birthday cake and sing — very loudly. A huge thanks to the fabulous producer Geraldine and team!
Sunday, 6 a.m.: The big day! Here, getting preened by the brilliant Gareth Bromell and Steven Arturo.
Sunday: A packed schedule.
Sunday, 10 a.m.: Look one: Viktor and Rolf dress and Alaia shoes (borrowed from the aforementioned Dree Hemingway!). Seen here with the swoony Dave Kranger and Ross Matthews.
Sunday: My point-of-view from the desk.
Sunday, 2 p.m.: After filming four hours of live TV, Alicia and I get to watch the Oscars in our hour downtime before the next show.
Sunday: Tiger — outside my bedroom!
Sunday, 4 p.m.: Look two: Marc Jacobs dress (arrived that day!) and Neil Lane bling, with my handsome glam squad Gareth Bromell and Steven Arturo.
Sunday: My Oscar-worthy closet.
Sunday, 4:30 p.m.: I sit on the panel with Giuliana, Kelly, and Kimora. We dish on the red carpet looks as they arrive: We debate what's in Bradley Cooper's hair, are shocked by the lack of Valentino on Anne Hathaway, and vote Charlize Theron and Naomi Watts our best dressed.
Sunday, 7:30 p.m.: The grand finale: the after-party show. I don my custom-made Nellie Partow midnight blue tux — which she knocked up for me in one week — with my Aquazarra shoes and Jacob & Co. diamond finger shield. I fit in perfectly with my tux'ed co-hosts, Jason Kennedy, Dave Kranger, and Ross Matthews.
