If Jennifer Lawrence represents the drunk, disappointed New Year's Eve you (opens in new tab), Kourtney Kardashian is you the day after, like "I'm going to fix my entire life...just as soon as I finish this burrito."

"I haven't made New Year's resolutions for as long as I can remember," she wrote in a blog post (opens in new tab) published Wednesday. "However, since I have made a lot of changes this year, writing down my resolutions felt important to do."

Of the seven challenges she's set for herself in 2016, the one with the highest wisdom quotient has to be "To allow myself to feel my emotions." ("Refocusing my priorities, making sure that 'me' is high on the list" and "living more in the present and less on my phone" are pretty good too.)

An important reminder for anyone—not just members of celebrity dynasties who've broken up with their longtime partners (opens in new tab) in the past year—that it's okay to not be happy all the time. It's okay to feel.
