What *Really* Happened with Adele's Grammys Performance, Including the One Major Upside

Not a bad consolation prize at all.

By all accounts, Adele has only improved her vocal technique, her voice has matured, she's reaching the kind of mythical infallibility few non-Beyoncé artists enjoy, etc. But at last night's Grammys, her performance suffered when a production gaffe visibly threw her off, as she explained in a pair of tweets late Monday.

Ooooh. Okay. [In football coach voice, while clapping] Good attitude, Adele. Good attitude!

Much better ending than the show's sound engineer probably got, that's for sure. And you can bet her next performance will be even more characteristically *flawless* just to make up for it all.
