Leslie Jones Hit Twitter and Accused the Ritz-Carlton of Not Liking Black People

Comedian Leslie Jones has put up with a lot of bullshit (opens in new tab) since becoming a public figure—including the the slew of online abuse (opens in new tab) she's subject to just because she's black, the awful mess she had to deal with during Ghostbusters, and Milo Yiannopoulos referring (opens in new tab) to her acting as "flat-as-a-pancake black stylings."

And if all that isn't enough, the actress was allegedly treated badly during her stay at The Ritz-Carlton, a high end hotel chain that she recently accused of racism.

Jones has not elaborated further on what happened to inspire this tweet, but the hotel responded with the following:

Naturally, this will inevitably prompt Twitter version of "he said/she said," but at the end of the day what she said is all that's relevant here. When someone claims they were a victim of racism, believe them.
