The body-positive movement has long-since gained momentum, and model Iskra Lawrence is at the forefront. Lawrence, the beautiful face of both editorial and commercial campaigns, is proud of her body; she tracks her activity with her Fitbit Alta and sweats it out to better herself, for herself. "I have this one body. It's my home, and I want it to be fit and healthy for the rest of my life."

Here, she sits down with a professional retoucher to see exactly how even a "model" body is digitally modified, and discuss the unrealistic ideals that retouched images is sending to the world. Watch the video above for more.
