Prep: Make a pot of strong black coffee. While it's still hot, stir in 1 tablespoon raw sugar per 8 ounces of coffee. Place in the fridge.

To Serve (per person): Combine in shaker 2 oz. coffee, 1.5 oz. dark rum, such as Gosling's, and .5 oz. half-and-half, milk, or more rum, depending on level of turkey haze that needs combating.

Fill with ice, shake for at least 10 seconds, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float a couple of espresso beans on top.
