If that's not motivation to work hard, what is?

Mention the name Emma Watson to anybody and they'll automatically conjure up images of her as Hermione Granger from Harry Potter, such is her synonymous relationship with the famous teenage witch.

However, despite bidding adieu to her famous character six years ago, it appears a little bit of Hermione lives on in the 27-year-old. Okay, not a little bit—a lot.

Last week, a mother was shopping when she noticed the actress standing behind her in line. Naturally, she asked The Circle actress to speak to her teenage daughter over FaceTime, and Watson gave the girl the most Hermoine-inspired advice ever.

Writing to Facebook to share her conversation with the world, teenager Therese Kiara revealed exactly what the activist told her.

She wrote: 'I was just studying for my Bio exam when my Mom called to show Emma Watson standing behind her then she politely asked Emma if she can say hi to me on the cam. She was so kind and sweet.'

So what did she say?

'Hi! Study hard!'

Kiara captioned images of Emma's FaceTime on the social media platform, writing: 'OH GOOD LORD, I CAN NOT BREATHE. Perfect motivation to study.'

You can say that again!

The actress' FaceTime fan moment comes weeks after she revealed she's adopted a personal rule not to take selfies with strangers.

'For me, it's the difference between being able to have a life and not. If someone takes a photograph of me and posts it, within two seconds they've created a marker of exactly where I am within 10 meters.

'They can see what I'm wearing and who I'm with. I just can't give that tracking data,' she told Vanity Fair.

'I'll say, 'I will sit here and answer every single Harry Potter fandom question you have but I just can't do a picture.' I have to carefully pick and choose my moment to interact. When am I a celebrity sighting versus when am I going to make someone's freakin' week? Children I don't say no to, for example,' she admitted.

Therese Kiara is certainly one lucky fan.
