- Elizabeth Hurley, 55, just showed off her toned abs in a new bikini Instagram.
- To stay fit, she's all about getting active outside, rather than hitting the gym.
- The model and actress also avoids eating processed foods whenever possible.
Actress and model Elizabeth Hurley (opens in new tab) has a can't-stop-won't-stop kinda attitude when it comes to soaking up the summer sun and rocking a bikini (one from her swimwear line Elizabeth Hurley Beach (opens in new tab), natch.) And at 55, she has never looked more fit and happy. Over the weekend, she shared a photo of herself posing outside next to a tree in a cute bikini bikini.
"Another day.... another bikini 😉 @elizabethhurleybeach," she captioned her post.

"😍❤️🔥 Stunning... Thank God for bikini weather!! 🙏," one follower commented, and another wrote, "It should be against the law to look that good 😍😍😍😍."
Elizabeth told Women’s Health earlier this year that her secret for looking like that at 55 is "making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities."
And when it comes to getting in exercise, instead of hitting the gym, she prefers to get in an outdoor sweat sesh. She recently told Extra that she’s "very active" even though she doesn't do traditional workouts. "I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active," she said.
Elizabeth also stays fit by avoiding processed foods. "I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," she told The Cut. "When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables."
And she prefers to hit the farmer's market for the freshest finds. "I buy everything else from a local farmer's market and health-food shops. I eat very little processed food," she told The Telegraph.
