Interrupting her months-long vow of social-media silence, Amanda Bynes tweeted a photo in August. Then she retreated to the monastery, which is another way of saying that she 1) resumed classes at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and 2) didn't get kicked out or transfer to USC, as she once planned to do.

After enrolling at FIDM in March 2014, Bynes was reportedly at risk for expulsion given her alleged truancy, cheating, and drug use, but her parents' lawyer dispelled the rumors Monday.

"We are all so proud of her and can't wait to see her amazing designs on the runway someday," Tamar Arminak said to People. Neither can we, Tamar. Neither can we.
