Julia Roberts, woman responsible for the one of the world's most iconic movie moments (see below), is officially making the switch to the small screen. Makes sense, considering television is so the new film, and many talented movie actors have lent their talents to an array of genius shows. (Anthony Hopkins in Westworld (opens in new tab), anyone?)

Roberts is set to both star in and executive produce (opens in new tab) a limited series based on the popular Maria Semple book Today Will be Different—about one day in the life of Eleanor Flood. It's an interesting premise: Flood finally decides to take care of all the little things she's been putting off (initiating sex with her husband, for example)—but of course, life gets in the way.

There's no network attached to the project yet, but something tells us HBO will be allllll over this one.
