The advertising campaign for Chloë Grace Moretz's new Snow White spin-off Red Shoes and the 7 Dwarfs is here, and it's uh...terrible.
As you can see, this billboard makes it seem like being thin is the key to happiness, which is a dangerous and inaccurate message to send to the group this movie is targeted to: young kids. And after about a day or so of the internet blowing up, Moretz has finally weighed in and denounced the film's campaign.
"I have now fully reviewed the [marketing] for Red Shoes, I am just as appalled and angry as everyone else, this wasn't approved by me or my team," she said in a series of tweets. "I am sorry for the offense that was beyond my creative control."
