Taylor Swift just successfully lobbied to have her Beverly Hills mansion designated a historic landmark, thanks mostly to its classic architecture and Hollywood pedigree.

The always business-savvy singer will get a huge tax break as a result of the change, TMZ reports, but will also have to get approval from the Beverly Hills Historic Preservation Committee before making changes to the iconic home. Taylor snagged the home, once owned by Hollywood legend Samuel L. Goldwyn, back in 2015 for $25 million.

That means no major renovations or overhauls (probably) for the foreseeable future. So what does the home Taylor will be living in and preserving for future generations look like? Let's take a virtual tour.
