Marc Jacobs
The jazzy, Cabaret-inspired beauty look at Marc Jacobs concentrated on dewy skin, heavy eyelashes, and a short fringe of bang tied back with handkerchiefs. According to lead makeup artist François Nars, the models were meant to look like dancers, and three pairs of false eyelashes were used for each girl

Anna Sui
We adored the retro beauty at Anna Sui: Red nails, cherry lips, and '40s-inspired barrel curls — some of which were topped off with sailor caps, floppy hats, and turbans.

Yet another brilliant hairstyle by Odile Gilbert of Kerastase — these haphazard updos were meant to look wind-blown with free-flowing pieces of hair.

The Rodarte collection was primarily inspired by Van Gogh's art and brushwork, and James Kaliardos for NARS Cosmetics played on the "Starry Night" theme by creating a round, smoky eye in shades of blue, paired with a lavender lip.

Alice & Olivia
We cannot wait to give this a try — Nails Inc. created a simple black and white striped nail at Alice & Olivia that is by far one of our favorite looks of New York Fashion Week.

Odile Gilbert for Kerastase used clay powder in a variety of vibrant shades — hot pink, royal blue, lavender, and green — to match the colors in Thakoon's collection. Since the clothing was cowboy-inspired, the models' skin looks freshly tanned, with bold brows and brown eyeshadow.

Charlotte Tilbury for MAC created an ombré effect on the models' lips at Prabal Gurung by layering shades of hot pink and purple. To accent the florals that filled Gurung's collection, Tilbury wanted the lips to look like "an orchid bursting from within."

The sixties-inspired style isn't going anywhere fast — Orlando Pita created a voluminous, twisted chignon at DVF that looked like a classic 1960s bouffant from the front.

Alexander Wang
The Alexander Wang girl never looks fussy (but always looks cool), and this season the models walked the runway with glossy wet hair. The "urban nineties" makeup look kept the skin moisturized and natural with only black kohl liner rimming the eyes.

Jen Kao
The nail wizards at CND created a seriously cool ombré effect at Jen Kao. These "pretty poison" manicures fade from emerald green, sapphire blue, and blood red to black.

Tom Pecheux of MAC cited his inspiration for the Altuzarra beauty look as "Elizabeth Taylor at the gym," which comes through in the thick, dark eyebrows and porcelain, matte skin.

Derek Lam
Much like Altuzarra, Derek Lam played up the bold brows, and kept the models' eyes bright with shimmery yellow and gold shadow. Rosy cheeks and sun-kissed, bronzed skin make this the perfect beauty look for spring.

ADAM by Adam Lippes
The Kerastase team created loose waves to accent the romantic, feminine pieces that made up the ADAM collection. Sections of hair from the front were twisted and pinned back to help show off the models' dewy skin.

Kerastase created a side-swept style with loose waves for Jill Stuart, which was perfect for the ultra-feminine collection.

Richard Chai
Under normal circumstances, if your lips are purple and/or blue, it's probably a very bad thing. However, we're digging the bold lipstick statement at Richard Chai.
