For those of us who have spent the past 10 years memorizing spells and potion ingredients, magic is real. Okay? Don't argue.

And within the Warner Bros.-constructed walls of Hogwarts, the magic of the books was brought to life in the form of ever-changing staircases, secret Basilisk-ridden chambers that erupt from bathroom sinks, and, of course, a library with self-storing books.

Apparently on set, they didn't even use the magic of CGI to make those flying books. Instead, creepy green-screen hands just reached out from behind shelves to grab them, while simultaneously destroying the delicately crafted image of Hogwarts that once lived in my brain.

WELP.
