Rocket scientists, guys with flashy cars, and Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt were a few of the types of men that did not impress Shania Twain much in 1997.
Shania's hit single included the infamous line, "Okay, so you're Brad Pitt...That don't impress me much," and now, the singer has finally revealed why she name-checked the actor.
At the time, nude photos of Brad on holiday in the Caribbean with then-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow were leaked to Playgirl.
And it was upon seeing this naked pic that inspired Shania's lyrics.
"I remember I had a girlfriend visiting me and it was near Christmas and we were baking cookies," Shania told Billboard. "I was writing this album and there was a scandal...and this was like all the rage. I just thought 'I don't know what all the fuss is about.' I'm like, well that don't impress me much."
The star insisted that it she wasn't "picking" on Brad or his sculpted physique, it was more the fact that a picture of the naked body is nothing new.
"I mean what is all the fuss," she continued. "We see people naked every day. That's really what I thought. I wasn't picking on Brad Pitt. But that was just the association in that moment and things we make fusses about and whatever. Of course, it could have been any gorgeous guy."

In July 1997, Brad filed a lawsuit against Playgirl requiring unspecified damages for invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress.
He said the photos were taken against his will by a photographer who had trespassed on the grounds of a hotel he had been staying in with actress Gwyneth back in 1995.
He was granted an injunction against the magazine, and a judge ordered Playgirl not to deliver any more copies of its August edition which included the naked photos.
To conclude: Shania wasn't impressed by nude pics 20 years ago, so goodness knows what she'd make of the naked photos sent by some guys on Tinder these days.
