Great minds think alike...or just gravitate toward the same designers. Both Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle wore Massimo Dutti wool coats in new photos released on Wednesday. Unlike Meghan, Kate wore the coat today: The Duchess of Cambridge is on a 24-hour tour of the country and just arrived in Cardiff for her visit at the Ely and Careau Children’s Centre. Meghan's event, meanwhile, was a few weeks ago—she made a secret visit to Mayhew while in London ahead of her announcement that she and Harry were stepping back from their senior royal family roles.
Kate's Massimo Dutti coat is camel and double-breasted. She paired it with a Zara skirt, a black turtleneck, and Ralph Lauren boots.
Meghan, meanwhile, opted for a navy Massimo Dutti wrap coat with a blue blouse. It looks like the same outfit she wore for her final appearance in London before news of the split broke—meaning, she probably visited Mayhew on the morning before making the big announcement on Instagram.
Here's the shot of her on what seems to be the same day—she was visiting London's National Theatre for a private meeting.
