I think we can all agree that there are few situations more awkward than accidentally sending someone a voice message that wasn't meant for them. Especially when in said message you were complaining about them. But apparently this nightmare scenario recently happened with Meghan Markle and an unnamed friend in England—who reportedly sent the Duchess a voice memo complaining about how she uses too many emojis. Which...oof.
"One of Meghan's British friends fell out with her because Meghan was writing all these messages with loads of emojis," a source tells The Daily Mail. "The friend dictated a WhatsApp voice note saying, 'God, Meghan is so annoying with all her emojis, she keeps sending me all these emojis.' But then the friend sent the voice memo to Meghan herself by accident instead of sending it to a mutual friend."
Understandably, this incident appears to have put a strain on Meghan's relationship with her unnamed friend, though honestly fair, because what kind of friend hops onto a voice memo to complain about someone's emoji use?
Either way, Meghan is busy living her best life over in California with Prince Harry. The pair have been pretty low-key in the wake of their bombshell Oprah interview, and are presumably getting ready to welcome their second child—who is due later this summer.
Harry told Oprah how he felt upon learning he’s having a daughter, saying, “Just grateful. To have any child, any one or any two, would have been amazing. But to have a boy and then a girl, I mean, what more can you ask for? Now we’ve got our family, we got the four of us and our two dogs.”
