Colton Underwood's tan from his season of Bachelor in Paradise has barely faded, but the newly named Bachelor is already gearing up for his season of the ABC dating show.
On Thursday, Underwood will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where the host introduced Underwood to three of the women competing for his heart. In the clip, above, DeGeneres set up a fun game called "Know or Go" to help Underwood and the ladies break the ice.
"Alright, bring them out, Twitch," DeGeneres says as the red curtain opens up, revealing the three women. Immediately, Underwood's face lit up like a kid in a candy story and he let out an "Oh, boy!" Yep, s--t just got real, Colton.
Then the game gets a biiit awkward as DeGeneres puts the women on the spot. "This is your first chance to impress Colton. Give him your best pickup line," she tells a contestant named Sydney.
"Hi Colton, did you just fall from heaven or are you an angel?"
As Underwood's ex, Tia Booth, would say... "Lord bless."
The other two ladies, Annie and Katie, seemed to have a smoother first meeting bonding with Underwood over their love of dogs and food, because, who doesn't?
The full segment is six minutes long with the three women plummeting to an unknown abyss (surely somewhere safe in Ellen's studio), until only one bachelorette remains.
In the interview, below, which was also taped this episode, Underwood shares how despite being known as the virgin Bachelor, he's ready to find his future wife and mother of his children.
"I'm so excited to not only meet my fiancé, my wife, but to the mother of my children and somebody I want to spend the rest of my life with," Underwood tells DeGeneres. "I feel like I was born to be a dad, so I'm literally super excited for this."
"How do you feel about these fantasy suites? Is that going to be pressure for you?" DeGeneres asks.
"No, I'm looking forward to the fantasy suites," Underwood responds.
"I bet," DeGeneres jokes. What she said.
Underwood's season of The Bachelor airs on ABC in January.
