Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014: Blumarine

Blumarine Spring/Summer 2014 in review.

Just like the crystal chandeliers dangling from the ceiling, Anna Molinari's Spring 2014 collection displayed grandeur down the runway, but in two very different ways. The first half of the collection brought cream and nude point d'esprit tulle tops, delicate lace pencil skirts and cropped jackets. Then there was the element of rock n' roll which personified itself in the form of red and midnight black structured satin blazers, a crystal webbed stretch chiffon t-shirt and leather trousers making it clear that this woman dresses to match her multi-faceted personality. The transparency of the entire collection felt ultra-feminine yet extremely sexy. The nude shades and lemon tones coupled with hints of red and white complimented the collection confirming that Anna Molinari sure knows how to dress a woman for absolutely any party occasion.
