Well, this is one way to change up your look. Instead of nabbing *yet another* dress for the Met Gala after-party, Karlie Kloss just straight up cut it into a mini-dress. Or, rather, her designer Brandon Maxwell cut it. (Phew.)

"Soooo… instead of changing into a #MetGala Afterparty dress, @BrandonMaxwell cut my gown into mini," Kloss captioned her Instagram video (opens in new tab) of  Maxwell in action. "We're drinking and we're cutting," says, with Kloss responding, "This is a bad idea."

But we think it turned out great. In fact, this isn't the first transformation Kloss made for the event. She arrived in a cinched and covered dress/coat before revealing it's true form. Three looks in one night? Killin' it, Kloss.
