You never know when you're gonna need to curtsey. The curtsey is one of those exercises that involve your entire body. Start in a small V position and cross one leg back behind you. You're gonna stay on the ball of your back foot, bend both knees, and take your hands and lace them behind your back. As you begin to pause both legs, you're gonna pull your abs in. something that may help you is to imagine that you're in a bikini and someone you really like is checking you out. You wanna do about 30 to 60 reps on each legs.
