Hi. My name is Marco. I wanna show you a core exercise that you can put at the beginning, middle or end of any workout. So I want you to take it down to the floor into a plank position here. Right here and I want you to notice, my body is not swayed down or piped up. I'm paralleled to the ground. Now, from here, I want you to travel to your right by bringing your hand together and feet apart. Good. Now continue to the right. Bring in the hands apart, feet together. Now let's go back the other way, together and apart. Good. Now this time, I want you to add a twist so I want you to twist your hip. Bring your knee up to your chest. Back down. Twist the other direction. Bring the knee up and back down. Good. Now let's travel back. Here we go. Hands in and out, back the other way and in and out. This time, let your hips drop. Point your chest up. Look into the air. Keep those abs tight. Good. Now come right back up to the plank position. Twist, bring that knee to the chest. Good. Other side, twist. Knee up and here we go. Let's travel. We're gonna take it in and out, back the other way, in and out. Good. Now the last move, I want you to go into a pushup here. So we're gonna come down slow and press it back up. Let the hips drop, chin up, hold. Keep those abs tight. Remember, don't relax those abs. Come right back to parallel. Twist. Lift the knee. Good. Twist the other side. Lift the knee. Now, let's travel. Here we go. In and out, good, back. In and out, let's do our last one. Pull through, here we go. Push and up, hips down, chest up, hold. Abs are tight. Back to parallel. Good. Twist. Lift to the chest. Twist, other side, good. Travel over done. Here we go. Travel and take it back and that's it. Try that exercise. It's much better than lying on the ground and do 50 crunches. It's full body.
