Lady Gaga is joining the ranks of pop icons like Celine Dion, J.Lo, and Britney Spears. That's right, she's headed to Las Vegas.
The singer signed a deal to perform a two-year residency at the MGM Park Theater, Variety reports. Gaga confirmed the news on Twitter.
The rumors are true! I will have my own residency at MGM’s Park Theater. Get ready for a brand new show!! It’s been my lifelong dream to be a Las Vegas girl, I’m so overjoyed! LOVE YOU LITTLE MONSTERS WE DID IT, MEET ME IN Las Vegas!! #LasVegasGoesGaga pic.twitter.com/UhPdW5wgXuDecember 19, 2017
According to Variety, Gaga will perform at least 74 dates (with the possibility to extend her stay) starting in late 2018. The deal will reportedly be very lucrative, with Gaga clearing more than a million dollars per show.
The singer documented the signing of her new contract on Instagram and she looks beyond excited to be heading to Vegas.
