Proving that 99.999 percent of humans can distinctly pinpoint the moment in their lives during which their skin sucked the worst, Kendall Jenner has come out with a new blog post about her own struggle with acne in "8th or 9th grade."

"Where it really impacted me was how self-conscious I became about it," the least-contoured Kardashian wrote. "It completely ruined my self-esteem. I wouldn't even look at people when I talked to them. I felt like such an outcast; when I spoke, it was with my hand covering my face. Sure, I had crushes in high school, but I wouldn't even think about looking at guys."

So how did she get to the point where she could share no-makeup selfies with 39.7 million followers? With help from her "incredible dermatologist," Laser Genesis, and Kim sympathetically listening to her spill her guts one Christmas Eve as she cried over her bad skin.

"Slowly, I'm working towards not caring and I'm just in so much of a better place about it all now that I'm older," she concluded. "I realized that it's a part of life for some people and it doesn't define who you are."

Puh-reach, girl. 🙌
