Starbucks is bringing back its Mini Frappuccinos today. These little 10 oz. treats hit stores for a limited time last spring, and now they're returning for the summer. Any Frappuccino can be miniaturized, but if you shrink these four bad boys down to 10 oz. and skip the whip, you get a less-than-150-calorie bev:
Mini Coffee Frappuccino: This comes out to 120 calories, 24 grams of sugar in the smaller version. And yes, that calorie count even includes whole milk. Miracle, right? You're welcome.
Mini Caramel Frappuccino: Here are a couple of variations on this guy: with nonfat or 2% milk and no caramel drizzle (womp womp), it comes out to 120 calories, 26 grams of sugar. With nonfat milk and caramel drizzle, it's 130 calories and 28 grams of sugar. With 2% milk and caramel, it's 140 calories and 28 grams of sugar.
Or you could be super good and get the light versions:
Mini Coffee Frappuccino Light: This already comes with nonfat milk and, in the small size, comes out to 60 calories, 12 grams of sugar.
Mini Mocha Frappuccino Light: Again, comes with nonfat milk already, and it's 80 calories, 15 grams of sugar.
Cheers!
