We teamed up with Brooklyn-based Steve's Ice Cream to come up with three too-good-to-be-true ice cream cocktails you'll be drinking all summer long. Via Country Living

(Non-Dairy!) Grasshopper Mint Cacao

Ingredients

1 oz green creme de menthe

1 oz white creme de cacao

1 oz Tito's vodka

2 x 2 oz scoop of Steve's Mint Cacao Chip

2 oz coconut milk

Fresh mint sprig & cacao nibs for garnish

Directions

In a blender pulse creme de menthe, creme de cacao, vodka, Steve's Mint Cacao Chip, and coconut milk. Serve in 12 oz glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and cacao nibs.

White Russian Cinnamon Coffee

Ingredients

2 oz vodka

1 oz Grady's Cold Brew Concentrate (or Coffee Liqueur)

2 oz scoop of Steve's Cinnamon Coffee

2 oz heavy cream to finish

Directions

In an old fashioned glass pour the vodka and Grady's Syrup. Add 1 scoop of Cinnamon Coffee and finish with heavy cream.

Bourbon Vanilla

Ingredients

2 x 2 oz scoop of Steve's Bourbon Vanilla

1 bottle (12 oz) of milk stout, or any dark stout.

Directions

Scoop Bourbon Vanilla into a 12 oz Pilsner glass and very slowly begin to pour the stout over it. Be careful, it will bubble! Serve with a long spoon and straw.
