Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna recently agreed to share custody of daughter Dream, putting an end (temporarily) to a series of legalese back-and-forths between the former couple. But on Wednesday, Kardashian and half-sister Kylie Jenner filed a lawsuit against Chyna for "battery, assault and vandalism." Now, Chyna's vowed to "get justice" against the suit, which her attorney Lisa Bloom claims is "very ugly and false."
Kardashian and Jenner's claim against Chyna alleges, among other details, that Chyna tried to strangle Kardashian with an iPhone charging cable, and that she trashed the house Kardashian had been renting from Jenner. The suit also claims that Chyna "[deliberately attempted] to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains."
In a press conference, Lisa Bloom shared:
"The allegations are false. Robert Kardashian and Blac Chyna share a baby, Dream. He just entered into a case where he promised not to disparage her and now this."
"[Dream] could not be happier but thank goodness she’s young and oblivious to all of this. As Chyna has said many times, she just wants to peacefully coparent Dream and it would be nice if Mr. Kardashian had the same philosophy."
People also cites a source who's "close to Chyna," who claims that the details of Kardashian and Jenner's suit are "not a real thing," but that, "it makes sense on their part to come up with a counter claim for the very real claim made against him."
