Save for a casual "yeah" on the Ellen DeGeneres Show this week, Ariana Grande has remained mum about whether or not she's dating longtime buddy and rapper Mac Miller. Okay, fine, there's also this Instagram photo of the two impersonating a pretzel and her use of the word "baby" with extra Ys:

And their PDA at the MTV Video Music Awards, I guess:
But as far as actual words, Ariana's mostly kept quiet about this relationship because really, is it anyone's business? On Wednesday, Ariana appeared on On Air With Ryan Seacrest to promote her upcoming "Dangerous Woman" tour when he decided to make Ari's dating life his business. Brave? Nah. Good move? Definitely not. When he mentioned the Instagram photo—and as Ariana points out, blurted a mere statement and not an actual question—she fired back. "Oh, is that what I did? Is that what Instagram means to you now? Let's go. Let's see, let's see." He continued to press, saying that he was just going with the next item on his list of questions. "What are you asking? You said a sentence. That's not a question," she said. "That's not good morning…On Air With Ryan Seacrest, it's too early for that kind of tea." To make things even more awkward for Ryan and Ryan only, Ari left him with this life lesson: "If I post something, that's what I'm willing to share at the moment. It doesn't meant that you, Ryan Seacrest, with millions of listeners, is entitled to more information." Boom.
