Selena Gomez's collab with BLACKPINK is finally here and, let me tell you, it was WELL worth the wait. Not only is the song a complete bop that you'll be belting in the shower in no time, but the music video is an aesthetic dream. Seriously it's like Katy Perry and Ben & Jerry's had a love child and I am so here for it.
Of course, there are ice cream motifs throughout the video, starting off with Selena rolling up in an ice cream truck wearing the cutest retro bikini.
Meanwhile, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa of BLACKPINK are playing around and living their best life. Then, they start breaking it down in a pastel sugar wonderland.
The fashion in the video is also to die for. Selena is seen rocking a Puma romper that I didn't no I need and at one point all the BLACKPINK girls wear matching tennis skirts, pretty much solidifying them as the skirt of the summer.
The video is pretty much the modern "California Gurls" that we've been waiting ten years for. It's retro while still being super modern and I, for one, am going to be copying all the looks for the remainder of my summer outfits.
