Throughout the pandemic, Oscar-winner Halle Berry has been serving some of the best Instagram content we've seen. And now the actress is sharing another of her workouts with the world, meaning that we can try and replicate her impeccable abs.
While exercising on the beach with her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, Berry wore a sleek nude bikini. "Happy #fitnessfriday Introducing rē•spin YOUR FIT @respin’s first all-access at-home fitness program," she wrote. "Let's Go! This is a project that is near & dear to my heart and has been months in the making. Unsurprisingly, the secret to Berry's flawless physique is hard work.
The 54-year-old recently opened up to People about her fitness routine and how it's been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
"I've made it my mission to find time in the day to exercise, get work done and be a mom," Berry said. "I think during COVID, it's been easy to forget the time in our day to be active because we just can't do the things that we used to do and it's hard to find ways to do that at home."
She continued, "I created the Journal on Joy as one of the tools to help remind people of what brings them joy ... The Journal on Joy guides you through setting intentions, finding affirmations and manifesting your life."
