The clip for the Mike Will Made-It track "23" features—you guessed it—Miley in various states of undress, with her wardrobe highlights including a series of two-piece Michael Jordan-era Chicago Bulls uniforms, a sparkling bikini with a matching basketball, and lots of Chanel accessories. There's also plenty of twerking and sticking out of tongues, which brings us fondly back to the star's buzzed-about performance at the VMAs.
