Try one of these crazy-fast (and chic!) hairstyles from TRESemmé Celebrity Stylist Marco Peña to be office-ready in seconds. Or, okay, maybe minutes, but hey—the final result will have been totally worth the extra time. And, as a major plus, all of them can be done en route, whether you're at a stoplight, on a train, or even walking to work. Check out our favorites, ahead.
This off-duty ballerina bun will make even the most knotted of hair look instantly polished, with very little effort required.
Brush hair into a high ponytail, then slip a headband over your hair about an inch back from your hairline. "If your hair looks a little greasy, spray TRESemmé Fresh Start Volumizing Dry Shampoo right at the roots, first," suggests Peña.

Twist the length of your ponytail into a bun, then secure the whole thing with six-to-seven bobby-pins scattered around the edges of the bun.
Stick either a pencil or the end of a tail comb through the hair on the crown of your head, and gently wiggle up, tugging sections of hair at your roots for added volume.
With the added height and extra length, this voluminous ponytail is anything but blah.
Pull the hair above your ears into a half-up, half-down ponytail, letting the hair beneath your ears hang loosely. "Use a boar-bristle brush to sweep hair into the top pony to create smooth lines without any bubbles on the sides," says Peña.
Scoop the rest of your hair into a second ponytail right beneath the first one.
Tease the top ponytail using a fine-tooth comb to create fullness. "If hair needs some polishing, run a small drop of TRESemmé Smooth & Silky No Frizz Shine Spray through the length of both ponytails," says Peña.
Give your fine hair an easy upgrade that won't fall flat.
Twist a one-inch piece of hair near your temple away from your face. "If your hair is on the finer side, tease the section slightly, twist hair, and then spray TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Frizz-Free Hold Hairspray to keep the style in place," says Peña.
Secure the twist with a bobby-pin placed diagonally at an angle, then slide a second pin over the first to create an X-shape. "I like to show the pins—not hide them—so that they're an accessory," says Peña.
Repurpose last night's mussed-up texture with an easy out-of-your-face style.
"This style is perfect for when you want to add some wave and movement to the hair," says Peña, who suggests scrunching TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done Wave Creation Sea Foam through damp hair, then twisting the hair into a loose braid before bed. In the morning, sweep the hair into a half-up, half-down style—leaving out two fine layers of hair to frame your face—and secure the ponytail with an elastic band.
Next, grasp the bottom of the ponytail, and, with your finger, tug a little at the elastic band to create an opening above it (see the previous picture for an example) and tuck and pull the bottom half of the ponytail through the space you've created. Re-adjust the elastic band so that your hair doesn't slip out.
This hybrid of a low ponytail and a modern chignon is actually way easier than it looks.
"For some natural waves and extra volume, work a puff of TRESemmé Extra-Firm Control Mousse through damp hair before bed and braid it into two loose pigtails, so the hair isn't too straight or slippery in the morning. " says Peña. To start the look, brush hair back into a low ponytail just above the nape of your neck, grasping it with one hand.
Using both hands, twist the ponytail into itself to create a fat roll down the center of your head, then use your other hand to pin the hair in place with several bobby pins (place a pin every half inch down the curve of the roll).
Show off an unexpected style with this no-nonsense braided bun.
Pull hair into a low ponytail, tie it off with an elastic, then loosely braid the length of hair and secure the ends with a clear elastic.
Wrap the braid around the base of the ponytail like you would a bun, tucking in the loose ends of hair and securing them with bobby pins. "Lock in the style and keep flyaways in place with a soft hold hairspray," says Peña, who swears by TRESemmé Ultra Fine Mist Hairspray.
Keep crazy layers or out-of-control bangs in place with this easy twist.
Separate a small triangle of hair starting at the center of your hairline and extending to the midway point at the crown. "Give it a few twists, flip it over, and secure at the crown with bobby pins before spraying TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Finishing Spray to set the style," says Peña.
This low-key style adds a modernized edge to your hair, no matter your natural texture.
Gather the entire back section of your hair at the root and tease with a comb for volume.
Brush hair back into a ponytail and then place a string, ribbon, or a thin piece of leather close to your hairline and tie it at the nape of your neck, over the ponytail.
Gently tug the top of the ponytail up from the ribbon to create an overhanging loop. "Add a touch of conditioning balm on the ends so that they look freshly blown-out, and then finish with TRESemmé Tres Two Ultra Fine Mist Hairspray all over to hold the style and tame flyaways," suggests Peña.
Don't worry about bedhead frizz with this simple slicked-back style.
Separate two face-framing pieces and pull the rest of your hair into a pony. "You only need to have about a half inch of hair to create the 'headband,' but if you hair is very thick, then you'll need to section off about an inch instead," says Peña, who recommends TRESemmé Smooth Anti-Frizz Secret Creme to smooth flyways.
Secure those face-framing pieces with a mini-elastic band at the nape of your neck, and untie your ponytail so the hair falls loosely over your 'headband.'
Make even the finest of hair look fuller with this voluminous bun.
