A couple of weeks ago, British singer Olly Murs told BBC 1 Radio (opens in new tab) host Nick Grimshaw that he wanted to kiss Jennifer Lawrence. So Grimshaw decided to help make that happen: He invited Olly to join him when he interviewed J.Law and her Hunger Games costars this week. Olly was introduced as a J.Law superfan, Jen flirted with him, and then the singer got his chance to go for the kiss. The entire thing was kind of cute, kiiind of painful:
Olly knows he could've done better:
Haha seriously need to go back to flirting school after meeting Miss Lawrence @grimmers @R1Breakfast 😂🙈 pic.twitter.com/UIKLGsjHPWNovember 12, 2015
Meanwhile, Lawrence was a little more serious about her love life in a new interview with Diane Sawyer. Following her breakup with Nicholas Hoult, whom she dated for five years, Jen says she really struggled. "We broke up around the same time I wrapped the movies. Being 24 was this whole year of, Who am I without these movies? Who am I without this man?" she told the anchor.
But she's actually fine with being single (opens in new tab) even if there's no wedding in her future: "I don't know if I ever will get married, and I'm okay with that. I don't feel like I need anything to complete me. I love meeting people—people coming into your life and bringing something. You know, I don't really plan on getting married. I might. I definitely want to be a mother." Watch her full exchange with Diane below. They also do archery and discuss the actress's efforts to fix Hollywood's pay gap:
