I am an experienced editor, writer, and creative strategist, specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content for digital media outlets, as well as video and social platforms. While I currently operate as a freelance contributor/consultant, with such clients as The Zoe Report, my 10+-year background in the industry was cultivated at the dot-coms of elite publications, including Harper’s BAZAAR, ELLE, and Marie Claire. I held the position of Senior Digital Editor at HarpersBazaar.com where I spearheaded the launch and development of BAZAAR’s Snapchat Discover channel. As director of content and creative for the platform, I led and mentored a small team of copywriters, graphic and motion designers, and video editors, overseeing the end-to-end planning/production of our daily content output, which encompassed everything from story ideating and editing, to art directing, managing social promotion, and interpreting performance analytics. During my tenure, BAZAAR’s channel grew to become Hearst Digital Media’s second most successful Snapchat Discover property. This, I did in addition to contributing content to the fashion, bridal, travel, and beauty verticals on BAZAAR.com.

Prior to the above, I was the Senior Digital Editor of Weekends & Events for ELLE, Harper's BAZAAR, and Marie Claire. In this role, I supervised a team of junior writers and managed the daily lineup of news coverage, feature stories, and social media promotion for all three sites during weekends and red carpet events. At the same time, I also regularly contributed editorial content to both BAZAAR.com and ELLE.com. My long history at Hearst goes back even further still: in my earlier position as liaison between e-commerce and editorial, I was responsible for content creation, product integration, creative direction, and social media strategy for BAZAAR’s then newly-launched e-commerce site, ShopBAZAAR, across all print, digital, and e-comm media.
