Kim Kardashian has been almost entirely absent from all of social media for almost two months now—save for a few Halloween photos, a Yeezy-clad photoshoot for 032C magazine, a sexy video for Love's advent calendar, and most recently, a risqué set of twerking posts to promote her Kimoji merch bras and underwear. And now Kim is continuing her role as queen of behind-the-scenes social media with another indirect appearance—this time with a holiday twist.
The reality star has a history of going all out for Christmas, and this year is no exception. Kim's BFF Jonathan Cheban stopped by the Kardashian West household on Friday and showed off Kimye's extravagant holiday decorations in a series of Snapchat videos.
"Guys, look at the size of this tree!" he exclaimed. "Only a Kimye tree could be the size of a tree in Rockefeller Center. This is crazy!"
As he gushed over her enormous Christmas tree, Kim chimed in from off-screen:
"Isn't it insane?" she can be heard saying in the background. "Just lights, no ornaments."
The towering tinseled tree is just part of Kim and Kanye's Christmas decor. The outside of their home is even more glittery and festive with long sparkly strands of lights cloaking the entire exterior from the rooftop nearly to the ground.
Kim isn't the only one of the Kardashian-Jenners to go a little over-the-top around Christmastime.
Her sister Kourtney has not one, but three Christmas trees in her house, along with a little pink tree just for Penelope.
Kylie recently showed off her towering evergreen, too, which bears a remarkable resemblance to Kim's frosty white one.
White trees must be a family preference. Kendall's tree, while smaller, looked chic and snowy against her blush-colored wall.
With all the trees and trimmings in place, the real question remains: will there be a Kardashian Kristmas kard this year?
