Here's Jennifer Lopez Meditating and Showing Off Her Abs in a Red Bikini

Jennifer Lopez kicked off her first 2021 Monday by posting truly aspirational content on her Instagram: a beach shot in the dead of winter. J.Lo appears in the video meditating in a red bikini and J.Lo robe. The 51-year-old singer's abs were also on display, as were they in a gym selfie Lopez posted that same day. She looks incredible, like she always does.

Lopez's fitness content comes after the singer performed in New York City for New Year's Rockin' Eve.

Her skincare and makeup line J.Lo Beauty also just came out, with Lopez sharing a skincare tutorial video on her IG.

Lopez spoke about the daily affirmations she tells herself during an interview with ELLE.com in December. “Every day, I say I am youthful and timeless at every age," Lopez said. "I live a beautiful adventurous life with my children, and we're all in perfect health, always. All of these great things you learn to say to yourself so there's this positive self-talk in your head really does create a beautiful person on the inside who maintains a beautiful person on the outside."

She added that no number should define how good you feel about yourself. “You never want to hear you look great for 50," she started. "They want to just hear you look great, no matter what age you are. And for me and for the company [J.Lo Beauty], that is a big part of it. We don't want people going, you look great for 60, 50, 40, 35. You want people to just go, wow, you look amazing. That's part of our goal—to help everybody feel they look amazing no matter what age they are ,so we don't have to hear about that so much. It doesn't become such a big deal. "Oh my God, she's 50." It's like, does it matter? You're just your best self, no matter what.”
