It's been four years since Gabby Douglas had to deal with people criticizing her hair at the 2012 London Olympics, and guess what? They're back at it again! Note: If there was a gold medal awarded for how loudly one can say "UGH" while eye-rolling, we would win.
Back in 2012, Douglas fired back at critics, saying: "I just made history and people are focused on my hair? It can be bald or short; it doesn't matter...Nothing is going to change. I'm going to wear my hair like this during beam and bar finals. You might as well stop talking about it."
Unfortunately, people didn't stop talking about it. Here are some recent, cringe-inducing tweets:

Fortunately, the rest of Twitter is doing a good job firing back on Gabby's behalf, with fans putting critics in a box to the left.
If you were mad about Gabby's hair in 2012...& you're mad about it AGAIN in 2016...that's not her lack of growth, but yours. #GabbyDouglasAugust 9, 2016
