Kim Kardashian arrived on the Met Gala red carpet tonight in a very on-theme metallic silver gown. (Kanye, not so much.) "I wanted to look like a blingy, sexy robot," she told E! of the Balmain design.
And apparently the apple doesn't fall far from the custom-couture tree: As she was leaving for the event, North West said to her mom: "Mommy I need that dress!"
"As soon as we get home, it's yours," Kim relays of her response. "You can wear it to prom."
It may be a hand-me-down, but hey, did *your* prom dress go to the Met Gala?
