Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Bring Some Holiday Magic to a Children's Hospital

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth just did their part in ending 2016 on a high note.

In collaboration with the singer's Happy Hippie Foundation, the couple visited the Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego, California this week to help spread a little holiday magic—and based on the photos Miley shared to social media, the visit was just as fun and meaningful for the couple as it was for the kids.

In a series of photos posted to her Instagram, the singer repeatedly thanked the hospital for letting her and her fiancé visit, expressing her gratitude for getting to meet so many "beautiful youngins."

And in case it was in any way unclear, the hospital was more than happy to host the superstar pair, too.

"Today we received a surprise special visit from a couple of people you might recognize!," they wrote on Facebook. "Thank you to Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth, and The Happy Hippie Foundation for bringing joy and laughter to our patients!"
