She must have low ratings?

Kendall Jenner has been banned (or at least suspended) from Uber. We know this because Kim Kardashian told the world via Snapchat. In a series of Snaps (and a tweet for good measure), she complained about having to give Kendall a ride thanks to Uber's decision to suspend her younger sister.

She also wanted to know: Why was Jenner(who claims she's a model Uber user) banned from the app?

While we don't know exactly what Jenner did to get on the ride sharing app's bad side, we can guess, thanks to its code of conduct. According to Refinery29, the code of conduct states that "customers are expected to engage in appropriate behavior, not disparaging a person or group, making comments about personal appearance, asking personal questions, or engaging in unwanted touching, including soliciting sexual engagement."

Other rules include being respectful of drivers and not bringing open containers of alcohol or illicit drugs on rides.

Then again, maybe Jenner just made one too many drivers wait too long and got banned the old-fashioned way, with a low user rating. The world may never know.
